This blog is meant to help, motivate, and encourage you at every stage of your mindful eating journey, regardless of your familiarity with the concept or level of practice.
WHO AM I?
My name is Sakshi, and I am currently in my final year! Since I am so passionate about mindful eating and the incredible effects it has on our lives, I decided to make this a project and assist others in developing a deeper understanding of mindful eating. My sister and I started going to the gym, and swimming, and had to eat clean around a year ago, which is when my adventure started. That's when we started learning new dishes and realized how much they transformed us as individuals. It taught us a lot and also led us to some of the tastiest, healthiest delicacies around! Our Indian family has always taught us to eat with our hands rather than utensils, which greatly inspired this blog and will be the subject of my next entries.
